Facilities

1. Our shops total over 20,000 square feet and houses a parts room, 2 frame racks, 2 spray booths and bake oven, in addition to body repair areas and vehicle clean up areas. We have a lighted, fenced storage area for vehicles awaiting repair approval.

2. The Main shop has an open floor plan that has enough open area to house several large vehicles at one time. This includes, campers, buses, dump trucks and semis (including the trailers!).

3. Tony’s utilizes state of the art computers, estimating software and shop management software to track all estimates and repairs through the entire repair process. This software allows us to track parts, labor, communications with insurance companies and customers, and all customer, vehicle and insurer information. It also gives us the ability to know instantly what stage a vehicle is in. This computer network extends throughout both shops, so that no matter where we are when a customer inquires about a vehicles status we have the answer right in front of us.

 All of this combined gives Tony’s the ability to increase productivity and overall customer satisfaction while allowing us to keep our prices competitive.
